These Christards really don't understand how unbelievably creepy it is to keep going on about Jesus' blood, do they? Or how vile it is to praise His suffering, torment and death? And yet, if you were to confront them 30 seconds after taking the "body and blood" of Jesus in their mouth and tell them that their religion was a blood/torture/death worshipping cult that stages faux-cannibalism rituals, they would be mystified and insulted.

As far as I know, though, Protestants lifted a Catholic doctrine wholesale to serve as another tool to punish women for having sex.
I'll bet this is the same type of weirdo who wished to prosecute women who had miscarriages...which is like prosecuting someone for developing cancer or going blind!

What I want to know is why fundies are so convinced God is anti-abortion. Nothing in the Bible prohibits it, in fact God seems not to mind the idea of pregnant women getting ripped open, and infants getting dashed on the ground.

The woman isn't even considered pregnant 1 second after fertilization. The woman is not pregnant until the zygote implants itself in the uterine wall. Even then we are talking about a couple of cells. It is amazingly sick to suggest that these cells should not only have as many rights as a thinking, breathing, self-determined woman, but the cells rights should supersede the woman.
I am not a woman but I do possess a quality that so many people such as yourself lack, it is called empathy. Woman who are pregnant face an enormous amount of issues. Economic, social, whether a father will be present, etc. It is her decision to make whether to carry the pregnancy to term or not. It certainly is not yours or the governments decision.
