To give those who have not encountered this individual before (either here or on various bulletin boards) an idea of what we are dealing with, here's a quick potted history.
Byers turned up at IIDB, posted an "essay" supposedly explaining how marsupials came into being, which was discovered, upon later investigation, to be the very same document that had once resided upon the website of the Raeilans (yes, the people who believe in little green men in flying saucers) but which they decided to pull from their website as it was deemed too lunatic to appear on their website.
Yes, that's right. Byers is an individual whose ideas are deemed to be too crazy for flying saucer nuts to believe in. I'm not making this up, it's independently verifiable - several people over at IIDB did the relevant ferreting around and discovered that the page had once resided on the Raelians' website but had been pulled.
Oh, by the way, anyone with a love of the beauties of the English language, will emerge from the experience of reading any thread containing Byers' content, filled with a desire to immolate him with a flame thrower. Not just because he composes word salad, even though this offence against good English is itself a source of hair tearing frustration to people with functioning brain cells. No, he possesses a literacy level that would be an embarrassment to a five year old. Indeed, I think it can safely be said that my tropical fish possess more of a facility with language than this person.
If anyone here develops the distinct impression, upon reading some of his posts in other threads (please wear protection when doing so - against brain damage that is), that he is posting from inside the perimeter of a special hospital, then believe me, you are not alone. I have considered the possibility upon numerous occasions. He is, quite frankly, the most utterly retarded creationist I have encountered, and that is saying a LOT. At least afdave possesses some functioning brain cells and the capacity to use the English language: Byers, on the other hand, repeatedly demonstrates to his audience that he has the IQ of the toenail clippings from a budgerigar.
