[when talking about Catholics...]
All of them do not accept Christ.

Hey, Chrissy, you made a statement in the forums about evolution. You said that because a "majority" believe that evolution is false, then it is.
BIG NEW FLASH!!!!!
The VAST majority of people who claim to be Christians are Roman Catholic, therefore, according to your hypothesis, you are in error, and should begin catechism classes right away to put yourself inline with the majority.
I can get you started. When you cross yourself, remember the ryhme, spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch.
See ya in church!
(If the windows are clean)
Could actually be a little bit of truth to this, although I doubt you would get any of them to admit it. I have always felt that a lot of people in church, whether they be Catholic or Protestant, are just going through the motions and deep down, know it's a bunch of hooey. None have actually said as much, but I've just picked up on some things they have said.
Considering how all non-orthodox and some Anglican Christian sects today all sprang from the catholic church in about 1530 with Martin Luther's rebellion, I don't understand your reasoning. In short, to quote Lex Luthor:
WRONG!!
UberLutheran +1 Cool point.
It is true, the Bible is a modern day golden calf to fundies.
Though, in a funny way, being a fundie would make a little more sence. You believe something because you have a book that can't POSSIBLY be wrong, so you have an actual reason to believe. Non-fundie religious types believe....well... just because they were told to believe.
The acceptance of Christ sits at the heart of Catholicism, so, yes, in fact, they all do accept Christ. Wrong again, BCF.
Seriously. We're not that hard to find. We're not mean. We don't bite. Well, I don't anyways. Unless politely asked. And then you have to be really cute. And female. Or I have to be exceedingly, and I mean exceedingly drunk.
A catholic, by definition, must accept the following beliefs:
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
the Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ , His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived of the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He arose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Amen.
(Points to username) Chris, I think you're deliberately trying to be thick in the head now. Intentionally trying to rile people up. You know better and I've personally seen Catholics at Christian Forums patiently field your questions and try to correct your false beliefs about them. They have no reason to lie to you about what they believe.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
