People who rarely spend time with the other sex are probably more prone to unnecessary temptations. People who often interact with the other sex know that they are people too, just like one self.
Ont the other hand, if there's a gay guy in the study group, you've got the same problem with a man leading it.
Well if there's a woman involved it no longer is a men's group, it's just a study group.
Semantics aside, what do you people do when you find out your son is going to have a female teacher? Or what if you're a man and you have a female boss? Don't you think there ought to come some point at which you just grow up and learn to deal with reality? Oh, wait, I forgot who I was talking to.

I'm assuming the female teacher would be wearing clothing (although it would certainly increase attendance in her class if she weren't, at least if she was a hottie). But, assuming she is clothed modestly, how would this be a temptation?

Contrary to what you may have been told most grown men are not turned raving sex crazed monsters by the mere sight of a woman. Most men do not spend the whole day fantasizing about all the women that tempted them on any given day. It's really quite sad to see people like yourself use your religion as a means to suck all the fun out of life for everyone else, If you, yourself wish to have a completely joyless life that is fine by me, but quit trying to rob everyone else of that joy.
Of course, if it's a teenage boy then he will be thinking about sex no matter who or what is teaching bible study. It could be a fucking emu, a llama, or a chair, it doesn't matter. Teenage boys, for the most part, have sex on the brain. If feel there are "unnecessary temptations" then maybe it's time to ask yourself who is doing the tempting?

I have to admit, I joined a Bible group when I was a teen. Not because I was Christian ( I was wiccan at the time ) but so I could lay most of the women who attended.. and I did.
