NOPE ..... you CANNOT EVEN GET to a charge of "rape" as you have no OBJECTIVE MORALITY to even come to a conclusion that a "rape" even EVER occurred EVER ........... PROVE that anything whatsoever is "rape" ...... you claim "rape" ..... PROVE YOUR CLAIM ...... but according to an "agnostic"view that probably is "unknowable" ..... and from an "atheistic" point of view it is just this bit of biological protoplasm doing something to ANOTHER bit of biological protoplasm and you do not like it ......... and it is JUST YOUR OPINION ............ "rape" requires a MORAL judgement ..... and YOU have ABANDONED that ..........
