Look Human Shithead, just because there is no physical scars doesn't mean that rape is less traumatic than knife wounds or burns on the face.
Precisely because of the guilt and shame our culture places on sex and sexuality, invasion of another person's autonomy and imposing feelings of helplessness on them by overpowering or terrorising them is more traumatic if it's sexual than the other examples you give. As Grizzly Adams puts it in the Movie Big Stan, "Rape is the ultimate beatdown" It's bullying to an extreme degree and slut-shaming/fag-shaming in a single, horrible act.
