If they agree to any LGBT marriage, then they’re agreeing to polygamy, since Bi assumes a relationship with both a male and a female.
It they agree to trans-anything, then they’re just stupid. It doesn’t exist.

The only reason I have to disagree with polygamy is that it's a logistical nightmare for the state to figure things out in legal issues.
And that's less of a disagreement and more of a "Let's actually get to work on figuring out a system already."
At this time, legal marriage is still between one person and one person, and there doesn't appear to be any indication that will change any time soon. Besides, even if it did, just like gay marriage it won't affect me at all since I'm planning on just staying married to my wife.
And trans people could always get married, you idiot.
Yay, another person who doesn't understand bisexuality.
@Goomy
I think the main 'legal' reason for why poly relationships are not supported the way that monogamous relationships are supported has more to do with how to divide assets up when said relationship ends, and the difficulty with writing laws to properly deal with that.
Huh, I didn't know that I'm a polygamist. I thought I was just a guy who didn't care about a potential lover's gender or biological sex, and who is waiting until I find the right person--male or female.
Then again, you obviously know more about my thoughts and feelings than I do. I'm sure our friends in the trans* community would agree, if they existed. Thank you so much for showing me the light, Xzins!

Not this shit again. I'm bisexual. It means (and only means) that I have the potential and capability to be physically and romantically attracted to someone of either gender. It does not mean I'm polygamous, unfaithful, incapable of being monogamous, or whatever else you believe. As for Trans people? Fuck off! They get enough grief without you adding to it and claiming they don't exist.
since Bi assumes a relationship with both a male and a female.
No, it doesn't. Bisexual (and I am bisexual, so I would know) means I can be attracted to either gender, not that I get to be in a relationship with both at the same time.
Bi assumes a relationship with both a male and a female.
No, it assumes a relationship with EITHER a male OR a female.
Trans folks do exist and they do get married. Surprise!
If they agree to any LGBT marriage, then they’re agreeing to polygamy...
Kings David & Solomon, along with several other Biblical hero guys, would like a word with you.
...since Bi assumes a relationship with both a male and a female.
Bisexuals can be monogamus, dummy. Bi just means you're attracted to both sexes, not that you MUST have both sexes!
It they agree to trans-anything, then they’re just stupid. It doesn’t exist.
Wendy Carlos, Renee Richards, Laura Jane Grace, Caitlyn Jenner & Chaz Bono would like a word with you.
Also, I'd imagine that much of the loathing of transexual-anything may have it's root in the concept of "God doesn't make mistakes". Well, why consider that Deity goofed? Maybe Elohim did it on purpose and has an odd sense of humor.
"It they agree to trans-anything, then they’re just stupid. It doesn’t exist."
*Clears throat rather loudly*
A-fucking-hem.
*pointing at self, lip pouted*
I've encountered this belief before, and it is just bizarre. How hard is it to understand that just like you can be attracted to blondes AND brunettes, someone can be attracted to both men AND women, all without polygamy.
Wait, weren't you the "Bi Marriage turd in the punchbowl guy?" Are you off your meds again?
Also, transgendered individuals have been allowed to marry (opposite gendered partners as recognized by their respective states) for a while now, with the occasional bending of legal interpretation to allow for it.
In Texas.
As a bisexual, I'm pretty sure I'm not required to have a relationship with someone of each gender before I can get married. It's in the handbook, page 342.
I'm a bisexual transguy in a polyamorous relationship with a woman. Uh-oh. I feel myself fading from existence....
In all seriousness, I kind of like the fact that jerkasses like this think I don't exist. It means they don't see me even when they're looking at me, which makes my day to day life a bit easier.
Bi only assumes a relationship with a person regardless of gender, silly-nilly.
Trans-anything is as non-existent as conservative-anything.
Confused?
