Well, that was a well planned publicity stunt by German islamist Sven Lau (who is also now in jail for recruiting ISIS). Some of his guys walked the streets in a German town with jackets saying "Sharia Police", telling people who they thought were muslims (= southern looking people) that were drinking beer or going to clubs that they should reconsider their behaviour because it was forbidden by scripture. The entire thing was rather tame, got dissolved by the police quickly, but was filmed by the guys themselves and caused a huge public uproar.
That's not to say that there aren't some areas in European cities that are mostly populated by muslims (more Arabs, not so much the Turks) where walking the street with an open beer might get you at least some nasty comments. But that "sharia gangs roaming the streets" has happened exactly once, and not dor a very long time.
Even if a fundie Christain won't kill you, he might get in your face and demand you start thinking the way he does or keep your alternate lifestyle indoors [sick] so he can't see it. And, of course, any reference to another religion musn't be allowed.
