Before the fall of man, we didn't rely on food for survival. We could eat food as a pleasurable thing, if you didn't eat for a year nothing would happen.

Think of that, eating food today required a certain amount of energy from the ground, we need to survive so if we don't eat we die. Because Adam and Eve sinned they have lost this natural ability to survive without food.

God provided Adam and Eve with the pleasures of food, not to be dependent on food, this is why it's good to fast. We have lost our bright nature, and to those who have heard of the children of the light. This is who we were originally.

Perfect Human Beings with skin that glows, as it was written they knew not darkness. And had body's that were immortal and was not dependent on food. The Angels feared man and the Devil got jealous. After man sinned he lost his bright nature, needs food and feared Angels. And now we age and have fragile skin that grows old and dies.
