I'm very sorry, but I do not see what is wrong about this. If God ordered me to murder someone and I was sure it was from God -- not Satan, or that it wasn't some kind of test, I would gladly do so. God is the most powerful being in the universe and so what He commands is right.
I don't understand why it's wrong. I honestly cannot. If someone were to kill me using the same reasoning, I would only hope it was God and not Satan misleading him. I care for people and help them. I want to be a good person and I hate that I can't see why this is wrong with a capital W.
I have likely saved lives, yet I feel horrid over agreeing with this guy. Because honestly if God offered me a position to hurt people -- sinners, if you prefer, I would take the offer in a heartbeat. I wonder WHY I would do it. Would it be because I would enjoy it? Lording over sinners? Hurting them? How could that be good? And yet I wish I could do it, but I don't. I want to be good. Not have these evil thoughts that swirl around my head. I have evil thoughts that creep into my head all the time and I HATE it.

It`s about sticking to fucking principles and empathy, not some asshole`s exaggerated power level. It`s about being a free sentient, something you know nothing about apparently, as in the end you are nothing but a slave, wheter your slaver is real or not is irrelevant.
No. Not a normal fellow. Just a terrorist-in-training. So when you get captured by the Iraqis and beheaded, remember, they're doing it on orders from their god. More likely, they're doing it because some older person, higher up in the hierarchy, says that god says to do it. Don't be that terrorist, and don't listen to that leader!
The terrorist (whether it's the Muslim or the Christian) will probably be young, gullible, idealistic, very religious, and not too bright. How'm I doing with that description? Do you see yourself?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't quite a few people died because someone said "God told me to." I mean they could be right, but how do us as humans determine if what they did was by the Christian god's command. That's where mental health comes in and we as humans can determine if the person who did the killing was mentally healthy or if they were suffering from some kind of illness that could be treated. Until the Christian god can do something better, I will depend on the science that has gotten us a lot farther than some deity.
First of all, "Normal Fellow", you are not 'normal' (in my book, anyway).
The meat of the matter here dude: "I want to be good. Not have these evil thoughts that swirl around my head. I have evil thoughts that creep into my head all the time and I HATE it."
The evil thoughts swirling around in your head are your problem.
Time to see a psychiatrist. Fast.
"What do you want me to do, kill 'em? if you want me to kill 'em, I'll kill 'em. I don't have to kill 'em, but I'd like to kill 'em... I killed Ashley Wentworth; another killing or two won't make a difference... It would make me happy... I'd like to kill 'em both... I think it'd be better if I kill 'em both... Well, let me kill just one then... Whichever one you want... Alright, I'll wait. But the minute you say kill 'em, I'll kill 'em. I'll love to kill 'em. It would give me immense pleasure."

What your moral 'God' ordered Abraham to do to Isaac.
There's an extremely good reason why shouting 'Fire' in a public place is extremely illegal here in the UK; it's even deemed a terrorist act.
Your 'God' LIED.
Therefore thank you for proving that Lucifer is the good guy in all of this, Sub normalNot man.
Because your 'God' is proven to be an Inferior Subhuman.
First, we are all sinners, so says the guy you speak of.
Second, it sounds like you're having a crisis of conscience. See, you know this sort of thing is wrong, but you also have it in your head that you must obey. Part of you is saying you'd like it, the moral part of you is repulsed. Listen to the part that is repulsed by the idea of hurting people because someone (yes. even God) told you to. That's your moral center, not blind obedience.
Do what you know is right, not what you think you have to do.
I have no funny retort for this. I probably shouldn't have one either. This is a person who genuinly thinks that it's okay to just murder random people (with glee even) because a voice in his head told him so. And who thinks he's normal and moral because of it.
NormalFellow, I beg of you, seek help immediatly and get yourself institutionalized while you're at it. I'm not a psychologist, but if you have a mental disorder like Schizophrenia, you can be a danger to yourself and people around you. Please, before you do something we're all going to regret.
How can you be sure that it's from God and not Satan, or a test (or, more probable, just voices in your head)?
What about right to life? Don't you care why God want that person dead?
Yeah, you'd have to have some streak of sadism to want to do that so readily. People did horrendous things during the Holocaust, but they didn't start out doing them. Their abhorrence against harming others were slowly chipped away, and the "others" were portrayed more and more as sub-human, non-human.
You ought to seek psychiatric help, immediately. This is definitely not Normal, fella.
Confused?
