We're all lucky to be in the 21st century including Schmoe of the well-chosen name, since he'd probably be burnt right alongside us for belonging to the "wrong" church; and no amount of fervent prayer would keep him and his kids from dying of diseases that are easily treatable with a little scientific knowledge. I think such ungrateful bastards ought to be reminded just how much they owe the brave people who didn't take their dogma at face value, and hence contributed something of real worth to mankind.
