It's hard to make fun of this post. I mean, I see a post against sex change operations, by someone whose user name makes me think of Mann Coulter, and I just start laughing too hard to come up with anything funnier than that.

I'm transsexual because I'm a woman. I have always known I am a woman, I have always acted like a woman, and I just happened to be born with a birth defect that doesn't make me a man any more than a club foot would.
