I agree. Women should not be pastors.
I'm a woman - does that make me sexist too? Or is there another word for a woman who adheres to Scriptural teaching? LOL.

In the words of Bill Hicks (sort of), you can have a pastor with three dicks, eight titties, and a elephant trunk. I'm still not going to church.
Since you do think a woman should be a mayor, a governor, a vice president, and possibly a president, as long as she says all the "right" things, I'd use the word "hypocrite" instead.
Sheep?
@[b]Jesus-Klingon:
The quote was more "Now we have women priests. What do you think about that? I think it's great. Now we have priests of both sexes that I don't listen to. Have a hermaphrodite one. I don't care. Have one with 3 balls, 8 titties and a trunk, I might go to that sermon."
Or something along those lines.
There are many:
moron
idiot
lunatic
enough?
"Or is there another word for a woman who adheres to Scriptural teaching? LOL."
Why yes, legions of them. Deluded moron, stupid, uneducated, gullible and so on and so on and so on.
"Or is there another word for a woman who adheres to Scriptural teaching?"
Retarded, that's the word.
I agree. Women should not be pastors.
Sexist.
I'm a woman - does that make me sexist too?
Self-loathing sexist, yes.
Or is there another word for a woman who adheres to Scriptural teaching?
A doormat.
LOL.
Are you twelve?
Several:
Brainwashed, Cowed, Masochist, Slave, Idiot.
The bible is written by men so they can do whatever they please in the secure knowledge they can't get nagged.
"Or is there another word for a woman who adheres to Scriptural teaching?"
Pregnant. According to Scripture, you are only saved by childbearing.
So get off the internets and get ta bearin'! Or you're going straight to Hay-Ell!
Sigh. Moron.
sheeple, idiot, ignorant, brainwashed, liar - unless you do follow Mosaic law and in that case lunatic, psychotic and brain-dead leap to mind. that's the short list I wouldn't want you to feel inferior and insignificant.
Actually, you're disobeying that law, admonishing so much over that part. But what the hell!, it's so difficult to fulfill nowadays.
It would behoove those at Crapture Ready to actually go back and re-read what they type before hitting that "submit" button. The same folks who condemn women being in a ministerial capacity because "it's a sin for women to be in authority over men" have done nothing but cheer on John McCain for choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate. Now, who in the hell do you think wears the pants in the Palin family? The steel worker husband or the governor of the state of Alaska? Hmmmmmm...
I'm a woman - does that make me sexist too?
No, it makes you either an idiot, or a doormat.
"Women should not be pastors."
But women can be Pasta farians, along with we men.
The Flying Spaghetti Monster makes no distinction between genders, races, creeds etc, though, when it comes to those whom He touches. All are equal under the sacred and delicious sauciness of His Noodly Appendage.
RAmen. And RAwomen.
I like this woman! Marry me, BrideOfChrist....oh, I guess you're already engaged.
I heard that guy is a dick, you should leave Him.
If you had said, "I choose not to become a pastor because I do not believe that women should be pastors," that would have been a statement of opinion. I can respect another person's opinion, even if I don't agree with it.
However, you are making a blanket statement that your opinion should be applied to an entire group of people, even though other people's behavior in this matter doesn't effect you in the slightest (no one is forcing you to attend a church presided over by a woman). THAT is where the problem lies, and that is where my respect runs out.
Oh, and the word you are looking for is "doormat." LOL
I'm a woman - does that make me sexist too?
Yeah.
I agree. Women should not be pastors
Archdeacon Sheila Watson dis agrees...:

...as does the (in this pic) newly installed Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby: don't bother them about it.
I'm a woman - does that make me sexist too?
Yes. The Sex Discrimination Act. Also, Romans 13:1-5.
Your 'God' agrees that women have every right to be pastors: and more besides, don't bother him about it Ruptured Retards.
Confused?
