Why does Satan need to advertise, every single unsaved person on earth is already working for and belongs to him anyway.

Not all of us work for Satan. Some of us are self-employed.
Satan also has competitors for the consumer's evil-deity spending. In order to gain an advantage over his competitors, he uses advertising in a wide variety of media to inform, remind, and persuade present and potential consumers about the benefits and uses of his products and services.
Satan's advertising these days is completely outsourced to various related entities, commonly known as Christianity.
I'll have you know that my evil deeds are done through my will and mine alone, no dude in red pyjamas carrying a pitchfork is gonna tell me what to do! Same goes for the lazy dude, wearing a dress, sitting on the clouds!

Doesnt this imply that Satan is more powerful than God in some respects, as he's able to influence more people, and more easily, than God?

If Jesus loves everybody, than he must love Satan too. So hell, If Satan just happens to be running McDonalds or whatever, I'm sure the big guy upstairs doesn't mind.
