I actually looked up the rate of slowing. If it’s been steady for the last 6000 years, the length of a day in what is assumed to be Adam’s time is shorter by at tiny bit over one second.
Took me 10 seconds to find, 20 more to calculate. He didn’t put even that much effort into not saying stupid shit.
