It's not a publicly funded school's place to give any religious instruction. That's not the same as learning about other religions and cultures (which is something you should try; you don't have to believe it, but at least you'll know what you're talking about). And what is an atheist idea? The only thing all atheists have in common is lack of belief in gods. Some atheists are very religious. . . but you wouldn't know that, since you don't think we should learn about other people's ideas, eh?
There are laws against that sort of thing.
The law quite clearly states that no public school may endorse OR condemn ANY religious belief, OR the lack thereof. You fail at life, jc.
