I think one misconception is that those who find truth and stop searching are therefore closeminded. Who would find truth and then keep searching? I say once the truth is found drop your anchor and set up camp, there is no reason to search any longer. Now that dosen't mean we shouldn't learn from other peoples viewpoints. I love hearing the otherside of things although I admit that I listen usually just so I can learn how to debate against them in the future. The word open-mindedness is tossed out there way too much. And if being closedminded means not allowing the worldly viewponts to be considered, then count me in.
