First, Consitutional ammendments are not worded so crass or misleadingly broad. Second, ANY potential ammendment to the US Constitution is not going to be able to outright violate existing ammendment without stating it's clear and unambigious intent to repeal a prior ammendment, and no ammendment that would repeal the 1st Ammendment in part or in whole will ever be passed by the legislature and certainly would not be ratified by the requisite number of states.
then gays would take copies of that amendment and barge into temples and synagogues all over the country saying 'You HAVE to change your doctrine!
The Establishment Clause of the 1st Ammendment prevents such an occurence outright. No law, statute, or ammendment can force, compell, or even so much a suggest that any church or religion to change, alter, or modify it's doctrine in any way whatsoever.

First, Marriage in the US is a civil contract and is not subject to religious doctrine, Second, neither religions or individual churches actually marry anyone, they simply officiate with all due pomp and circumstance what the state has sanctioned. Finally, No one is suggesting or advocating that any church, religion, or religious leader beforced to marry anyone against their will or contrary to their religious doctrine.

And they are going to get around the 1st ammendment how? In the 1960's fundie bigots argued that the Civil Rights Act would "force" churches to marry interracial couples. It didn't, nor is anything similar likely to happen now, despite your bullshit fearmongering.
