[Are you a Christian - why or why not?]

I believe in God because :

All the thousand,billion stars in the sky didn't just happen to make themselves and generate their own power to keep them on course. Infants dont just teach themselves to cry when they are hungry or hurt. A small plant didnt just happen to have right right ingredients for us to extract digitails for sick hearts.Land didn't just happen tohave topsoil without nothing which would grow. The inexhaustible envelope of air,only 50 miles deep, and of exactly the right density to support human life, is that just another law of physics? I dont thnk so.

This things don't "Just happen" . It is more reasonable to believe that there is a supreme mind behind all of this, and the thousands of other forms of creation that exist.

What prevents lakes from freezing solid down to the bottom making it possible for fish to survive.Someone had to arrange for water to expand when it freezes.

None the less...I believe in God when I wake up in the morning and have the ability to love and accept love. I believe in God when I can open my eyes and see the wonderful things that He has given me. If I didn't, who would I have to thank for all these wonderful, beautiful things that go on in and around my life? Life is amazing, especially when you have been Blessed like I have.
