There are FEMA concentration camps they have now in America, FOR Amercans!!...equiped with guilitines.

You mean the trailers used to house displaced hurricane victims, which were ordered by FEMA under RR's favorite president, GWB? While these trailers were full of formaldehyde, and the response to Katrina was a huge clusterfuck, I don't recall any guillotines.

As an Australian I had to look up FEMA on Wikipedia, so it's basically all about disaster relief and assisting with rebuilding homes and infrastructure?

There some youtube clips in that thread made by some guys with tin foil hats that show "FEMA Detention Centers" (but one of them is the Colorado Supermax and another is the New Mexico Boy's School) where the government (supposedly under Obama) will throw dissenters and then behead them.
It's just another RR fap fantasy about how they'll be put in these camps for being Christians. FEMA does have some unusual powers under their charter and they *could* suspend portions of the government. But as usual, RR likes to take things too far.

"Guilitines" are a store brand knock off of those little fish crackers, I think. They are much worse than the brand name product. There’s lots of proof that the US is detaining people using bullshit “evidence” as part of BushCo’s War on Terror, and that detention (on foreign soil) could include torture, but none at all that FEMA is running prison camps for any reason.
