Can we have a court hearing on committing you to a mental hospital before you hurt someone? If it is a fair court, not a kangaroo court, if there are oaths and due process, cross examination and experts, then surely you will accept the ruling of the court?

If a case is clearly frivolous, a judge is well within the constitution to throw it out. A defendant -- in this case, Obama -- also has rights, and those rights include not having to deal with court cases that are based on no meaningful evidence. You can't just arbitrary drag someone to court and expect a trial to happen if you have no basis for your claim -- THAT would be unconstitutional. Cases get thrown out all the time for the same reasons, get over it.

Obama was born in Hawaii. It's not really hard to verify that he was born in Hawaii. Not only is there concrete evidence that he was born in Hawaii, it's common fucking knowledge.

In order to have a court hearing, you have to have credible evidence. You can't pull an accusation out of the air and demand people disprove it. For example, you can't just claim you own somebody else's house and then demand they go to court and prove they actually own it, and then claim the county falsified the deed records and drag the seller and the mortgage company and the county recordkeepers into court. The State of Hawaii has declared Obama's birth certificate valid. There's no evidence to the contrary and no higher authority to appeal to. You can't ask the court to let you go on a fishing expedition through the State of Hawaii's vital statistics records.

Um, not exactly. People are denied their rights every day: the right to education, the right to life, the right to food and water, the right to shelter, the right to assemble peacefully... I could go on, but probably most people worldwide are consistently denied at least one right. Negligence, war, famine, executions... Between all those horrors and more, there are few if any rights that can't be denied. The thing is, denying these rights is fundamentally unjust.
