I'm not for killing off the elderly, disabled, the ill, or even Christians. Killing off Christians would be akin to killing the patient to cure the desease. I'd love to be able to do away with all religion, however.
Fundiementalists are comfortable now with killing off the homosexuals, atheists, liberals, feminists, Jews, Muslims, abortion doctors...
Abortion doesn't kill a baby, it often "kills" a clump of cells that doesn't even resemble a baby in the slightest. And somewhat less often one in higher development due to complications.
They are not killing elderly(?), and if you´re talking about euthanasia, it´s the ill people who want to kill themselves. So, just a problem with THEIR conscience, not the non-believers, which not always agree either with this or suicide(most of them doctors). And better watch those Christians, who are comfortable with death penalty and sometimes even agree with killing off everybody they don´t like.

I am absolutely not in favor of killing the eldery, disabled, ill, or Christians. I have no particular desire to stop them being killed if THEY want it to happen themselves, however.

I agree with McCulloch, this is a very dangerous line of thinking. I suspect that similar, perhaps not so extreme, beliefs are why recent polls showed that people are unwilling to elect an Atheist to office. I also fear that this, in a nutshell, is why many Atheists stay "in the closet."
