Your evidence for evolution is a fraud. You admit it's a fraud because you will not pay good money for it [a dinosaur footprint on Ebay]. When you try to put your head in the sand and deny that, it just shows that you can not accept the truth.
I am not trying to be argumentive, you guys claim that you do not grasp the point I am trying to make, so I am trying to get it across to you.
Two things seperate the men from the boys, religion and money. If you believe evolution is true, then let me see the color of your money to back that up. If it is a fraud, you will lose your money, if it is real, then you made a good investment and your money will increase.

Like big-pharma, biotech and genetech companies full of evo-devo loving researchers, perhaps?
Pfizer, revenue $11 billion,
GlaxoSmithCline, revenue $8 billion,
AstraZeneca, revenue $6 billion.
Why, that's more than Peter Popoff could scam from credulous fundies in a dozen lifetimes?!
Well I did pay money for stuff like that, actually my parents did when I was a kid coz I was always fasinated with dinosaurs and prehistoric animals and such. So since I have actual fossils of a raptor claw, fish, trilobite, footprint, footprint cast (which I made in Conneticut) and others, what do you have to say?
This must be sort of like the "they won't debate me so I must be right" argument. Not to mention it's not often that you hear someone treating fossils as a commodity to be flipped for a profit at the first opportunity, a terribly weird way of looking at it. What does he think it is, a baseball card?
LOL! What?! So the only way to prove evolution is a fact is to buy some crap off of eBay? Is this conversely true to Christianity? If you don't spend every spare cent on Jesus memorabilia, you don't really believe? Go back to the kiddie table, and let the grown-ups talk.
I'm not even completely sure I understand what he's saying. After the third read of the first paragraph, I think he's suggesting that refusal to buy "evidence" of evolution is admitting that the evidence is a fraud? So... once if someone buys it, it becomes real evidence, but not until then?
Besides, I don't think ownership of something makes it more admissible as scientific evidence.
So.... buying a dinosaur footprint on eBay for $12 proves evolution is a fraud.
Does this mean the slivers of Jesus's "cross" in beads you can buy on eBay and at the local flea market for a couple bucks mean Christianity is just a cheaper to produce fraud?
This settles it. I'm spending my paycheck on bread and tortillas; going to launch a new career in burning holy images for eBay. Hey - they don't even have to look like anything religious in particular; that $28,000 sandwich looked like Thelma Todd - call it The Virge and Mary and retire. WooHoo! 28 Gs a pop - that's for me! Halleluiah.

No, it's a crowbar...
Actually "The only difference between men and boys, are the prices of their toys."
I am not going to buy anything I don't want. I have seen a dinosaur skeleton, and I don't want to buy that either.
"Two things seperate the men from the boys, religion and money."
Yeah: Men can get by just fine without either, boy.

When oil companies prospect for new sources, they call in geologists who know the Earth is ancient. They do not call creationists. When pharmacology companies research medicines, they hire biologists who understand evolution. They do not call creationists.
It looks like Wall Street has very much accepted evolution and the ancient Earth JohnR7. And no wonder, unlike creationism, science gets results.
"Two things seperate the men from the boys, religion and money."
Indeed; boys believe in imaginary beings, adult men don't. Boys buy stupid things with their money, adult men don't.
I have many other things to put my money on, thank you very much. What would I do with a dinosaur footprint? Use it as a bird-bath in my garden?
It's not up to you or us to determine whether evolution is happening or not. Scientists have already come to the conclusion that it does.
If it's all about money, then the Catholic Church must be "right" as it's one of the richest (perhaps the richest) organizations in the World.
"We want evidence that wall street will accept."
If you tried you couldn't have found a least trustworthy organization, known for fraud, theft and investing in fails.
Why the Hell would I want a fossil? How the Hell does that represent my level of trust in evolution theory? A fossil imprint isn't something we want to carry and wave about like you Bible Thumpers.
I'm a farmboy, we would pick rocks from plowed fields every year and see plant, insect and lizard/fishy type inprints pretty regular and we didn't have much flat laid sentiment rock types, mostly rounded rocks and boulders and the periodic heavier then the Ford 880 tractor.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
