Dinosaurs the truth.
Few of these animals lived after the great flood, human expansion finally did away with them.
But still there are descendants of these creatures today living in the Democratic Republic of Congo. One of these animals resembles the huge Diplodocus it has a long neck and tail but rarer is a full grown Diplodocus able to lift its neck 40 meters into the air. The male's have small spikes running from the back of the head to the tip of its tale. Referred to as the Mokele-Mbembe or the blocker of rivers.
The finding of this animal would destroy the theory of evolution.
I will dedicate my life to finding these giants and become a Cryptozoologist

He says it exists, but then dedicates his life to finding it. If it is known to exist, then hasn't it already been found, thus depriving his life of meaning? And if it hasn't been found, then maybe he or someone else, oh, I don't know, MADE IT ALL UP?

I would just like to know how finding an organism thought to be extinct says ANYTHING about evolution. All it says is that claiming extinction can backfire (e.g. Coelocanth, Ivory billed woodpecker) Claiming the fossil record indicates the dinosaurs appear to have gone extinct 65 MYA, is not claiming that there is no possibility that some of them could have survived. Oh, good luck on becoming a Pseudozoologist.
I believe the diplodocus was one of the longest dinosaurs that ever lived and was nearly 100 ft long. I agree, though, that is was unlikely to lift its head that high unless it were underwater. Many think it may primarily have been a water-dwelling dinosaur, anyway. I could be wrong since the last time i read about dinosaurs was in 6th grade. I'm 32 years old.
Saying a living Dinosaur disproves evolution is somewhat like saying living Grandparents disprove Family relationships.
Besides. Both Mokele-Mbembe and it's kin in the West African Rainforest don't sound like Archosaurs(Which Dinosaurs like birds for example belong too).Mokele has a single, large Offspring at a time. The Natives insist that it gives live birth. This is an impossibility for Archosaurs and Chelonians(Turtles). Most likely, it's an unknown type of Mammal or possibly even a weird Squatamate(Lizards, snakes) relative.
As for Cryptozoology being A pseudoscience. It depends on your definition of a Cryptozoologist.
Many are hard-working folks who go after realistic animals(Ivory-bill,Vu Quang Nature reserve, etc.)

You're indeed wrong - the idea that sauropods like Diplodocus were semiaquatic is pretty much universally abandoned today. Their heavily pneumatized skeletons would make them float, which is just as well, because their lungs would collapse in deep water. Also, their feet appear adapted for walking on solid, dry ground.
Oh, and a 100ft animal necessarily does not have a 40m (133ft) neck!
To The Last Conformist:
According to father_thomas_aquinas (see post 8619), dinosaur bones were made of old soap. Are you refuting his unsubstantiated claim with "facts" and "evidence"? What are you, some kind of "scientist"? :P
I'm sorry, but 40 METERS in the air? That's over 120 ft tall!!!!!
The tallest classified dinosaur is like 60 ft. tall so...
And good luck on finding those giants. At least it will keep you off the internet for a while, LMAO.
Oh, again with the Mokele-Mbembe. If we ever found something like that, it would be just ANOTHER living fossil. Not exactly something that would destroy the theory of evolution. Why fundies seem to think that evolution is just of dinosaurs and monkeys...
If it's living in DRC, it has already been found, Celly. But by all means, honey; if you want to dedicate your life to that, go ahead.
If it really has a 40 meter long neck, I'd say it's pretty easy to find, as it can probably barely move around.
The finding of this animal would just mean that yet another "living fossil" exists. None of the others have destroyed the theory of evolution, and this one will hardly do it, either.
I will dedicate my life to finding these giants
The Bible mentions 'Giants'.

"Macross Frontier" - including Queadluun Rau battlesuit pilot Klein Klan - is therefore a documentary, as it shows the Zentraedi who are 50-80 feet tall; and Klein is average for her race, at 60 feet.
Your 'attempts' at proving otherwise would destroy your Bible: because one fiction's just as good as another , amirite...?! [/Doug Piranha-levels of sarcasm]
The blue whale is the largest animal known to have ever existed. It can be up to 30 meters (98 ft) long, and it's a sea animal; it can't move on land. You think a land-animal could live with a neck (and front legs) longer than the whole whale?
Finding living specimens of these didn't destroy the Theory of Evolution...

The moment you found one of those dinosaurs alive, you would no longer be a Crypto-zoologist, but a real one.
It's the same as with Alternative medicine; the moment you can show that it works, it becomes real medicine.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
