Jesus did not die for our sins. He was killed by our sins. The wages of sin is death. When He took unto Himself our sins in a psychic act, He automatically had our sins as His. He could have died at the garden, but He had to be crucified so people will see Him die and His resurrection be believed. That act of psychic connection transcended time. Even now, if one only knows how, he can connect with Jesus and have the power to heal.
