According to some sources on the internet there is inteligent life on both Saturn and Jupiter. The Galactic Council sits in the saturn belt.

There are also sites that say that earth was populated by humans from different planets after the time of the Neanderthals, ie: Not evolution at all, we didn't rise from monkeys, we were made as we were and brought here to replace the Neanderthals who were 2nd density beings.

As we are 3rd density beings we will only ever be able to witness 3rd density beings on other planets... who frankly will be as dangerous as the majority of the human population and probably just as intent on blowing themselves up anyway.

The remainder of the planets are populated by beings we cannot see and never will see from our perspective, just as we will never hear all a dog hears as it is not in our range.

Interesting if they do find a 3rd density planet with life on, as it should finally shut up the blinkered brigade and the Bible bashers!
