One would immediately answer the question (bolded) with a 'no'; but then the thought comes, what would Jesus do or what will Jesus do when he is King Jesus and ruling with a rod of iron? Will he enforce the Levitical standard? If yes, then execution for such behavior will be done. As I understand it, the main point of these standards was not for punishment, but for the protection of society.

As Jesus never even mentions homosexuality, to my knowledge, he probably won't bother himself with it. What he DID mention, time and time again as a matter of fact , was helping the poor, the people in need, and he will probably be VERY pissed off at the way Americans treat their poor. One of the possible interpretation of the wedding at Cana(John 2; 1-11) is that Jesus himself was married that day.
