Try again, W. T. F. Price.
(*Places note on the now charred, crackling & smoking corpse of W. T. F.'s argument, which reads:*)
'Warmest Regards, from your Friendly Neighbourhood Argument Annihilator.' >:D
--EDIT--
@jsonitsac
Good point there, but W. T. F. wasn't thinking about 2016 though, was he? (otherwise he'd have specifically mentioned it). Besides, as per the old saying in the UK's Parliament & it's MPs there 'A week is a long time in politics', and there's the politics of the IOC to consider. 2013. 2020. Seven years. Rugby was last played in the Olympics in 1924.
Rugby Sevens in Rio De Janeiro 2016. Baseball: 1904 (St. Louis), 1988 (Seoul), 1992 (Barcelona), 1996 (Atlanta), 2000 (Sydney), 2004 (Athens), 2008 (Beijing). But not 2012 (London), though...:

Gee, I wonder why that is, eh Mr. W. T. F., and Donald 'I don't do Diplomacy' Rumsfeld?! [/hyper-sarcasm]
And consider this: should Istanbul win* the 2020 Olympics bid:
http://www.fila-official.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=18&Itemid=100181&lang=en
'According to the ranking of the last World Cup of Greco-Roman wrestling, the leading countries in this style are: Iran, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cuba, Korea, and Bulgaria.'
Who's to say that the IOC can't change it's mind about Wrestling...? Nothing's impossible, re. Dr. Jacques Rogge & co.
*- And it's the current favourite to do so, seeing as Spain - 2020 bidding city Madrid - hosted the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, previously (as opposed to Tokyo: 1964.).
