The entire Latin American race was "diluted" from birth, since they were a mix of Spaniards and Portuguese and Native Americans plus a few blacks. And then they were diluted even more by Italians, Germans, Poles, Chinese, Japanese, and others, hence where Asian and blonde-haired Latin Americans come from.
Likewise with Native Americans, since in most tribes you can be 1/4 Native and still legally be a Native American according to US law. Some tribes allow even less Native blood, I believe.
