Speaking as a polytheist, because if it's plainly obvious to me it should be obvious to you...
Absence of belief in god does not imply belief that one's self is a god. There is zero correlation there.
If you're looking for anything RESEMBLING that philosophy, look no further than LaVeyan Satanism, which I've read is intended as a detox from the toxic effects that theism can potentially have on one's self-esteem.
That being said, there's an alarming number of Christians, such as yourself, that believe themselves to be speaking on God's behalf, and that is particularly close to the blasphemy you so viciously claim others of committing.

Sadly, there are a lot of intelligent idiots out there. And a lot of unintelligent people with some good common sense, too.. Turns out one's intellectual capacity doesn't always lead to things like empathy* or perspective, things which are often sorely missed in arguments and debates lately.
*I've talked to diagnosed sociopaths who, if they can't maintain empathy on an emotional level, learn to maintain empathy on a mental level to compensate. They seem to do a better job of it than people who are not diagnosed sociopaths and yet treat emotions like a weakness.
