[In a thread about "subtle" ways to witness to unbelievers]
One other thing that I'd like to add is that our family prints chic tracts onto dinner napkins. Now, when our unsaved neighbors come over to dinner, they get a little bit of the Word of God when they wipe their mouths. Just take my advice and don't serve blueberry pie when you do it. Our neighbor from across the street was so confused when it blanked out parts of the tract LOL!
Of course I can't take credit for this one. It was all my husband's idea. He's such a bright man.

Wouldn't toilet paper be more appropriate?

That could be dangerous. What if they were chewing when they looked at it and choked when they were overcome with laughter?

Oh, I'm pretty sure that's not what confused your neighbor.

You people really do have a low standard for intelligence.
I am so printing chick tracts out onto a roll of toilet paper... and then inviting you fundies over for a dinner spiked with laxatives...
@Funnyguts: RR is pretty much THE primary example of Poe's Law, thus making it futile to label any of them a troll...
Save a tree, recycle tract passers.
I DO like her idea of wiping spit and sloppy food onto tracts, too.
If I found myself wiping my mouth with these napkins, I'd do one of two things:
1. Back away slowly, then run for the door.
2. RUn to the bathroom, wipe my ass with it, THEN run for the door.
If I am ever invited to your house and you hand me a napkin with a chick tract on it, I might just forget where I am and SHIT on your table so I can wipe my ass with it, which is what I usually do with those hateful pieces of faux Christian Nazi propaganda. And come to think of it, it would be an appropriate reaction to that kind of rudeness and offensive bad taste in treatment of your guests.
Yeah, printing out tracts on fragile napkins with the crappy, smeary ink Chick uses is more likely to give your guests an orange face than inspire her/him to convert.
You and your husband fail, both at subtlety and good common sense.
Fucking morons.
Bright? Ha. That is one of the funniest things I ever read. Describing anyone that has anything to do with RR as "bright" is problematic.
I'll bet the neighborhood guys love coming over to watch the games with your husband. Touchdowns for Jesus.
Oh, yeah. Do you ever wonder why, even with all your "bright" husband's help, "unbelievers" don't come back to your house or invite you over for pie?
Reminds me of this company, Edwards', that has a Christian fish and Bible verses on its pie tins for about the same reason. I found this out serving one of their pies to my Wiccan boyfriend (at the time) and a couple that consists of a Jew and an atheist. Whoever came up with the idea at Edwards' probably thought it was great to have such a "mission field" or whatever. I learned homemade really is best that night.
If I didn´t know that you´re in Rapture Ready, I´d think that you´re not a very good Christian, judging the way you give the Word to your neighbours. And thank God you didn´t think about giving it in the toilets, like others have done in the past.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
