[A comment to an article about a prehistoric shark found from Shizouka, Japan.]
As we get closer and closer to end times and the resurrection of the church, I expect we will see more and more evidence proving evolution to be a myth.

Since the Bible pretty clearly shows that your "end times" were scheduled for the first century, we are in fact getting further from them. That must be the reason why we see more and more evidence confirming evolution. Have a nice day, and don't do anything that will get you into too much trouble.
You should make a website, like EvolutionProvedWrong2008.com, or something. So the whole world will know who's right and wrong. Come on, get your message out!
ImaSaved1 is Brother Randy? Initially, when I read this, I was like "That'll be the the day when I'll be taking vague prognostications from confused teenagers seriously". But, damn. If its Brother Randy, I may just have to call my bookie and change some of the bets that I've made on the validity of evolution as a scientific theory.
Ah, Brother Randy. We'd almost scrubbed the oil off the boards from your last quote.
Unfortunately for you, fossil evidence SUPPORTS evolution. There is none that shows it to be a myth.
In other words: We have the fossils. We STILL win, bitch.
Looks like Bro. Randy hasn't learned anything since we last heard from him. A sad shame, that is.
How exactly does a prehistoric shark disprove evolution? Sounds like a big non-sequitur to me. It only proves that the shark has managed to survive into the present day in its present form because the environment favored it.
Assuming that the discovery of a prehistoric shark is not a hoax, wouldn't the fact that some species of sharks are so apparently well suited to their environment that they haven't changed physically over millenia while others species have diverged actually be evidence of evolution? Or am I just thinking too much?
Its a pretty good assumption that all sharks predate recorded history, (and are therefore prehistoric)...I mean, maybe there have been a few speciation events in the last 10,000 years, but come on. Sharks have been around for hundreds of millions of years.
Oh, Randy...
Randy,Randy...
Randy,Randy,Randy,Randy...
Randy,Randy,Randy,Randy,Randy...
I have heard from some of your flock.
I know what you are up to.
Hey, at least they admit the existence of the evidence. They just fail at realising what it means.
Funny how that works though, isn't it? Evidence piles up... rapture doesn't happen... more evidence piles up... still no rapture... yet more evidence... yet no rapture... :(
If more evidence means we're closer to the rapture, why don't you make yourself uselful and get your bloated, gelatinous backend out to a paleontological dig?
Sharks are prehistoric, doofus. End times aren't near. And it's your religion that's a myth.
P. S. Brother Randy's back, Brother Randy's back! Let the fun begin.
Only from the idiots who are leading you sheeple off the cliff.
Advertising != Scientific Proof.
Prehistoric shark != disproof of evolution.
Edit:
Did Randy change his board name?
Oh, yes, of course.
If paleontologists find a millions-of-years-old fossil shark that looks like no KNOWN species of shark that's alive today, but later marine biologists discover a living species of shark that matches the fossil, that TOTALLY disproves natural selection, common descent, and the geological estimates for the age of the earth.
<rolls eyes>
There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”Matthew 16:28

For shite's sake...
I'd say this is what he's referring to: http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/strange/news-article.aspx?storyid=74395
"This prehistoric shark is rarely seen alive as its natural habitat lies up to 4,200 feet under the sea.
...
However they have been seen near the coast of Japan before, especially during the winter when the water temperature drops and they have to get to warmer areas to feed."
Comprehension FAIL.
... dude. Evolutionists agree sharks haven't changed much since prehistoric times, because *they are adapted pretty damn well*.
Oh ImaSaved, you still make me laugh.
... and now I'm hungry for that time I mixed 'dinosaur' promotion oatmeal and 'under the sea' promotion oatmeal. Mmmmmm.
Confused?
