"abortion rights" can be summed up in four words. "women's power over men". it has zero to do with any medical needs. zero to do with children. zero to do with anything other than "women's power over men". it's payback time for women who think 100,000 years of patriarchy is just about enough. i watched a movie from the 40's last night. all the women were fawned over from start to finish. what gives? of course 51% of the dead babies are female so that tells me the next giant step could be "gender abortion". that could backfire though. who would do all the heavy lifting?

Yeah, I've seen movies from the 40's too, at a time when women were working in munitions factories while men were off fighting. At least in America, most everywhere else women were just struggling to survive and keep their children alive. Those movies were made as a form of escapism, they're about as realistic as Disney movies are. Then again, so is the fundie's grasp on reality.
So women wanting control over their own bodies is "power over men?" Am I right in thinking that donnieboy thinks that men own women's bodies?
I'm betting donnieboy was a botched abortion. That would explain the coat hanger sticking out of his head.

Womb envy much, donnie? When a man (XY chromosomes, penis, urethra, testicles, prostate gland - and no womb) - can conceive, gestate and give birth to a baby himself , get back to us.

But we won't be holding our breaths. Now, breathe... and push ! X3
Oh, and if [/Spartan Laconic Wit] we men could become pregnant, abortion facilities would be available at all DIY stores.
Moral: Any dick can make a baby. But it takes a real man (in this case, David Beckham)...:

...to raise a child.
"it's payback time for women who think 100,000 years of patriarchy is just about enough."
DAMN STRAIGHT, BUBBA!

No, dummyboy00, those four words are "women own their bodies".
I WIN! YOU LOSE! GOOD DAY SIR!

Oh, I don't know... how about the fact that MOVIES ARE FICTION, NOT DOCUMENTARIES???
And yet when the woman does carry the fetus to term and demads you pony up for the child you helped make, you bleat the same thing, about how the evil women are using ther children and naughty bits to control men. Funny how they're evil, either way.
Actually, owing to the fact that the lighter Y-bearing gametes swim faster, in vitro tests indicate some 120 male conceptions to 100 females. At the stage where spontaneous abortions can be detected, there are some 110 males miscarried to 100 females. Live births have a natural ratio of 105:100. If boys and girls are given equal care, the ratio equalizes at about 20 years. Women outnumber men from middle age on. Eventually, we all die.
Since men have had power over women for about 100 000 years, it IS time for women to have at least equal rights, isn't it?
If you're interested in gender abortion, check out China. It's starting to backfire for them; there are a bit too many pampered young men and a bit to few young women for them to marry. So the women can now impose conditions, which was the men's privilege before now.
"abortion rights" can be summed up in four words. "women's power over men".
So equality would be men's absolute right to determine what happens to a woman's ladyparts, amirite? Perhaps we could extend this to "prosecution for rape can be summed up in four words. "women's power over men".
BTW, why is it that no fundie has the slightest idea how to punctuate?
i watched a movie from the 40's last night. all the women were fawned over from start to finish. what gives?
To satisfy the men's desire to bed them.
who would do all the heavy lifting?
Women in the 1940s built ships, drove tanks and flew planes. I don't think Rosie the Riveter needed much help from donnieboy64 and his kind.
"pro-life" can be summed up in four words. "men's power over women". it has zero to do with any medical needs. zero to do with children. zero to do with anything other than "men's power over women". 100,000 years of patriarchy is just not nearly enough.
There. That's what you mean, right?
"Abortion rights", as fundies call it, is really just giving women control over their lives, which they can't have because God said so. Don't act like you don't hate women because it's incredibly clear that you do.
the next giant step could be "gender abortion".
Gender abortion is already being practiced in India, where there are now not enough girls to provide all their precious boys with brides, so the parents buy or kidnap women from other places.
Yeah, how dare women have control over their own vaginas and uteruses? The decision of what to do with them should be relegated to people who have neither of those body parts. Having it any other way is just "women's power over men." After all, it worked so well for 100,000 years, hasn't it?
I wonder what donnieboy would say if women had control over whether or not men could have vasectomies.
Feminism=the radical notion that women are people
PS-Sometimes abortions are needed, it's unfortunate but a necessary evil when it happens (if carrying the baby to term will kill the mother--which will kill the baby too, a baby needs his/her mother)
Women are the mothers of our race...how's about a little respect and at least equal rights? :p
@Mister Spak
"Pro-life" can be summed up in 10 words - you can't have an abortion because it's against my religion."
And yet, for those like dumbyboy(IQ)6.4 here, if they were so 'pro-life ' as they claim, you'd think they'd be even more pro-Gun Control than teh nasty 'Liberals'; the GOP wanting no less than the removal of the 2nd Amendment from their precious Constitution.
What does that 6th Commandment say, fundies...? [/hyper-paradox]
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
