[Evolution has nothing to do with faith as has been pointed out to you many times together with REAL evidence. ]
you can say it as often as you want, but actions speak far louder than words. the rabid efforts of darwiniacs to silence all who disagree show that its a faith. Evolution has a worldview, no sin, no need for a god, no need for a savior, no morals, etc...
evolution is a theology of philosphical materialism. The regular denouncements of God by evolutionists is more proof of the faith of evolution.

Actually, Evolution makes no claim to the spiritual at all. Evolution is silent on the matter of the existence of God, sin, salvation, etc. It's merely a theory that explains the process by which life formed that is supported by massive amounts of evidence and has no credible evidence against it.
What really pisses off the fundies about evolution is not that evolution says there is no God (since it doesn't say that), but that evolution says there doesn't have to be a God.
But the regular prayers to God by a great number of evolutionists apparently count for nothing. Why?
People who both do and don't believe in God, believe in evolution. While some of these people may believe evolution supports their particular view, many more would disagree. It's almost as though believing in evolution were completely independant of believing in God.
Strange that.
No accepted, well-documented scientific theory requires God to work.
Of course, I suppose there are some that like to think Intelligent Design is accepted and well-documented.
The regular denouncements of God by evolutionists is more proof of the faith of evolution.
One of the most outspoken critics of creationism, and a formidable public debater on the issue, is Prof. Kenneth Miller. Miller is a practicing Catholic who certainly doesn't "denounce" God in any of the materials I've seen.
Having evolution banned as a "religion" under the First Amendment has already been tried and shot down. It's a dead issue.
EVOLUTION! IS! NOT! A! RELIGION! *kicks whoknows in time to the words*
Yes, it really annoys me when somebody calls evolution a religion.
evolution does not explain where we came from, only how we adapted. So. Tell me. you need fear of divine punishment to be a good person? are you that buttfucking pathetic?
People like this are scared and impotent. They fear anything that involves independant thinking, fear the concept that there isn't someone making all their decisions for them.
Caustic Gnostic said: "As soon as you goddites learn the proper mechanisms involved, we will listen with as much respect as your argument warrants."
We already do listen with as much respect as your argument warrants. (blows bilabial fricative, a.k.a. razzberry)
Evolution is a description of a biological process. Social Darwinism is the (twisted) attempt to apply that description to society. In it's pure form, evolution makes no claims about the existence of God because it is a description of a biological process based on the physical evidence available. It's very neutral.
I think the Roman Catholic Church has the best stance on evolution: in matters of faith, it's irrelevant. It's a description of a biological funtion.

When I first read that sentence, I misread the last two words as "ass virgin".
Just thought I'd share.
"The regular denouncements of God by evolutionists is more proof of the faith of
evolution."
The regular pronoucements of this nonsense is more proof of the stupidity of fundies. Werenot denoucing god you moron, we're denouncing you.
Wow, a misunderstanding of evolution and a persecution complex in one post.
For some reason, I feel like eating cheesecake.
You know, optometry has no sin, no God, no Salvation... Satanism, I say.
Come on folks, haven't you learnt goddish logic yet? Let's try again with a simple example:
1. Dawkins denounces God.
2. Dawkins is an evolutionist.
ERGO. All evolutionists are Richard Dawkins.
See?
...immediately breaking off from the root Darwiniac tradition to form the Californiac Darwiniac sect...
"Duuuude! Like fossils, man, like totally! faaar out..."
Hmm, this is what the Catholic catechism says on the matter:
"The question about the origins of the world and of man has been the object of many scientific studies which have splendidly enriched our knowledge of the age and dimensions of the cosmos, the development of life-forms and the appearance of man. These discoveries invite us to even greater admiration for the greatness of the Creator, prompting us to give him thanks for all his works and for the understanding and wisdom he gives to scholars and researchers. With Solomon they can say: "It is he who gave me unerring knowledge of what exists, to know the structure of the world and the activity of the elements. . . for wisdom, the fashioner of all things, taught me."121"
Damn those Catholics for denouncing God!
Btw, though I'm no longer religious, I must admit a certain profound respect for Catholisism. Just go back and read Augustine, Dante, etc. Plus, I read through the catechism (http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG0015/_INDEX.HTM ) and seriously, that's some deep shit. Even if I don't believe everything in it, it is all backed up by well thought out first principles. Catholic scholars are like the opposite of these fundie idiots.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
