For someone who supports the so-called 'Constitution Party'...:

...Jerry - as most probably they - doesn't know anything about his own Constitution.
Or he (and they) would know about the Establishment Clause. Otherwise, what was the fucking point of the War of Independence against the forces of King George III: head of the Protestant Church of England, which use Jerry's 'Christian Bible', the KJV, when they want a state religion today: Protestant Christianity based on the KJV?
Thus negating the need for a Constitution, therefore no USA, as it would be part of the British Empire (a la the scenario of the anime series "Code Geass"), ergo no Constitution in the first place.
Also, the fundies 'Teach The Controversy' BS, after the precedent-setting (and thus part of Constitutional law) Kitzmiller vs. Dover, which made teaching Cre(a)ti(o)nism illegal in all accredited educational systems in the US. The decision of a Conservative Christian judge - John E. Jones III - ensured that. Thus the fundies' impotent butthurt, especially as Judge Jones is a Christian himself - appointed to that Federal bench post by the Cre(a)ti(o)nism-believing George Dumbya Bush, in turn voted in (twice) by Cre(a)ti(o)nism-believing Conservative Christians - therefore the only ones ultimately responsible are themselves, and they have no right to blame anyone else, least of all Judge Jones. An 'Activist' Judge? WRONG!
This case above all else emphasised the mega-paradox 'Teach The Controversy' - and the whole Romans 13:1-7-based legal quagmire of their own making - represents for them. They say that if empirical secular peer reviewed science is taught in US schools etc, then why can't other 'theories': religious ones be included too? As they 'claim', the Constitution says they have that right. And now the kicker, folks:
In that case, the Christain fundies - especially Jerry - are forced to admit that L. Ron Hubbard is their - and his - 'Lord', and the Holy Writ of $cientology, the 'OT-III Incident Document' has equal credibility to their 'Christian Bible', the QJV.
As does Shinto doctrine: Amaterasu creating everything.
...otherwise, your particular religion has no right to exist: least of all in US politics. If, via Kitzmiller vs. Dover, it has no right to exist in all US schools, colleges & universities, due to a Federal law-based (and thus Constitutional law) court case, via the decision of a Conservative Christian judge who concluded that the defendants' case went against Separation of Church and State: as per the US Constitution, then I'm afraid that no amount of 'praying' can help you. As judges have to be proficient in Constitutional Law by definition, then - as proved by Judge John E. Jones III - even your 'Real Christians' in California are cursed: and there's less than fuck all your 'Lord' can do about it.
Your precious 'Constitution Party' - as are all non-Democrat/Repubican parties in the US - are up ordure creek without manual propulsion.
Unlike them, judges know about legal precedents. And the US Constitution.
Separation of Church and State. The Establishment Clause. The only thing protecting your - and everyone else's - relgion's right to exist in the US being the US Constitution; tax-exemptions of religions: even Islam & $cientology. So many 'Real Christians' in the US saying that theirs 'isn't a religion, but is "A Personal Relationship With Jesus"'. Romans 13:1-7, Jer...!
The little matter of the nearly $17 quadrillion owed in back-taxes by Christianity in the US since 1776; thus untold trillions owed by right-wing Fundamentalist Christainity. Give the IRS one good reason why thet shouldn't come a-calling to your church, should they - and all other fundie churches etc - start having ideas above their stations, and start influencing people outside the doors of said churches (and not even allowed in your own homes, fundies!), which is a political act? Just ask pastor James Manning, who owes creditors over $1 million, and could lose his church to an LGBT-based charity.
...who of course, as a non-profit organisation, are entitled to tax-exemption by the IRS, natch.
Nearly $17 quadrillion in tax owed by Christianity. Therefore the US government own your 'Lord', Jer.
Mark 12:17. Romans 13:1-7.
Just your thinking of saying what you do here on FSTDT is a political act, Jer. As is Proseltysing the way you do, o 'Real Christians'.
