Billions upon billions have lived and died, right?
Given the shear numbers we are talking about here, how is it possible that only one person in history that was able to live a sinless life also happened to be God's only begotten Son?

I'm not even sure how to answer this idiocy. But upon seeing the name, 'got_air', I realized I didn't need to. Got air? Obviously you have an excess between your ears. Reading some good books will take care of that though.

Didn't the Jewish leaders want to stone Jesus to death because he picked up sticks on the Sabbath? Isn't working (i.e. doing damned near anything ) on the Sabbath a sin? How then is Jesus "sinless"?
The rest is just baseless assumption on your part. You have no evidence he was the Son of God, nor that any god exists, let alone yours.
Ever heard of hyperbole?
Dumbass...
It's impossible, because there is no such thing as God, which eliminates the possibility of him having a Son right then and there.
Not to mention Jesus was [supposedly] God's Son first, which undoubtedly was the cause of him living a 'sinless life', except for beating up random fig trees.
Um...you're kidding, right?
Here's my answer. He wasn't sinless, he wasn't God's son. The end.
"shear numbers"
You'll need tensors.
He dishonoured his mother at least twice. When he said, "Woman, what is it to do with thee?" and also when he worried her and Joseph sick by disappearing for three days, and then ... THEN ... having the sheer cheek to give out to them for being worried.
So he wasn't sinless.
And there's no proof he was God's only begotten son either.
Horus, Prometheus, Krishna, Mithra, Misha + at least 300 others.
ALL share the same birthdate, ALL had 12 disciples, ALL died on a cross, ALL rose from the dead 3 days later, ALL lived into thier early '30's, ALL were called the Way, the Truth, the Light, the Son of God, ALL were heralded by 3 Kings, ALL walked on water, ALL healed the sick - and finally, ALL predated Jesus by hundreds (in some cases thousands) of years.
What's so special about yours?
Wow, thats absolutely amazing..if it were true. Besides, all you said was just a bunch of circular bullshit:
Sin is doing things that piss off god. God cannot do things that pisses himself off because he is God and he gets to call the shots. Jesus is God.
Therefore saying that Jesus was sinless is like saying water is wet and expecting me to be in awe about it.
how is it possible that only one person in history that was able to live a sinless life
The Jesus in your bible claimed that it is deeply sinful and worthy of eternal damnation to call somebody else a fool. A few bible verses later, he calls somebody a fool.
So your Jesus was either a) a liar or b) a hypocrite.
That doesn't look like "sinless life", doesn't it?

It's not! Congratulations; you're taking your first step into critical thinking. Now continue along the path and realize how impossible much of the other crap in your book (and all other holy books) really is.
Because it's bullshit.
Next question, please.
Confused?
