Oh God has a sense of humor alright. However, when it comes to mockery, no, God does not have a sense of humor. He will have the last laugh, but it won't be because of some stupid cartoon show. No, it will be because these people will soon learn the truth whether they want to accept it or not.
It may just be a cartoon show to you, but if I remember correctly, Hollywood has a lot of impact on our country's young minds. Just look at the news, that says it all. This is not something to be taken lightly.

Yeah, we all know gawd is a douche with his 'worship me or go to hell forever!' attitude.
Aw. Ace Attorney got banninated. Figures.
*Just look at the news, that says it all. This is not something to be taken lightly.*
19 year old gamer becomes Oklahoma mayor? Sweet!
If I remember correctly, every single piece of sensory input a brain receives while growing up has an impact on our country's young minds. Furthermore, Snapple has an impact on our country's young minds.
I rest my case.
Well then what does make God laugh? I've always imagined him liking one of those feeble daytime telly sitcoms like Keeping Up Appearances, or Last of the Summer Wine. In fact, most daytime telly seems to be souless and joy-sapping enough for God's insane laws against enjoyment.
God understands humor, twit. He created it.
p.s. If your bride_of_christ, may Jesus be a runaway groom.
"when it comes to mockery, no, God does not have a sense of humor"
Fuck you, you piece of dogpoop. You are not God, and mocking your strange deathcult does not equate to mocking God.
Most things which "mock God" don't, in fact, mock God. They mock idiotic, humorless, psycho-Christian assnuggets like yourself.
The Simpsons has nailed nearly every major world religion, in fact, you could argue that in Apu based episodes, Hinduism gets it far worse than Christianity.
Well, if god made you, it obviously has a sense of humor. Warped sense of humor admittedly, but a sense of humor, nonetheless.
God has a sense of humour, but its mostly laughing at the misery of others.
'Ha-ha! You,re suffering for eternity! I find that hilarious!
Also, I love you.'
Of course God has a sense of humor!
Heck, he really had Moses going with that 'sacrifice your son to me as a burnt offering...ooops, only kidding!' shtick!
Why does God need a sense of humor, or need to laugh at all? If everything he does is perfect, and is infallible, then everything would be as planned, ordered and logical. Humor arises from the accidental, the satirical, and the unintended. How could these be compatible with an infallible, perfect being?
@Osiris: Cheers, mate. Yeah, that's right, I am Ace Attorney. As you can tell, my attempts to bring some amount of logic to Rapture Ready weren't exactly successful, but hey, if they give people here a laugh, that's something, right?
For the record, though, I didn't actually submit this quote.
At any rate, as I believe I said in that topic, it's when someone can laugh at themselves (or some group representing them) that you really know they have a sense of humour, and don't just take joy in the sufferring of others.
@solomongrundy:
That was actually Abraham, winner of Children and Family Services "Worst Parent of the Year" award.
Moses is the one that God got angry with for not telepathically knowing that God suddenly doesn't like foreskins anymore.
"Oh God has a sense of humor alright. However, when it comes to mockery, no, God does not have a sense of humor."
Laughing at someone else is one thing, but being able to laugh at yourself shows that you have a sense of humor. Apparently God does not have a sense of humor.
"Hollywood has a lot of impact on our country's young minds. Just look at the news, that says it all."
Completely disconnected trails of thought. I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Are you suggesting young people watch the news?
Actually a lot of moral lessons can be learned from the Simpsons. Buy the book: "The Gospel According to The Simpsons".
I guess God does have a sense of humor, but only when he's watching people suffer in terrible agony and eternal hellfire. It's amazing people are not disgusted by him.
Confused?
