Hitler's first group was called the Sturm Abteilung (SA) most in the US know them by the name, Brown Shirts. They went around terrorizing political opponents, rallying citizens, and disrupting political meetings. Once Hitler became Chancellor he realized that the SA and Ernst Rohm had become too powerful so he had them eliminated in what is known as Night of the Long Knives. Hitler replaced them with the SS. Hitler created his own private armies so they would be loyal to him and not necessarily Germany. The German army disliked Hitler, he was an outsider, an Austrian, and not necessarily a German.

This closely resembles what we see today. Obama has his SA in the form of numerous groups: the SEIU, ACORN, The New Black Panthers, and OWS. Obama stated in June of 2008 while running for president his desire to create a civilian army that is just as large and well funded as the US military. Why do you think he wants to do this? Obama has a 25% approval rating in the US military. Most in the military consider Obama an outsider. I believe this will be what he moves towards in his second term. Let's pray a second term is not a possibility for this fledgling dictator.
