If you mean conservatives/right-wingers, no, I don't want men in women's bathrooms or vice versa. The only exception would be if you can credibly pass off as the opposite sex. Since we can't tell, there's nothing to do about it and doesn't really disturb anyone.
It's not a good thing culturally, and as for the legality, that's up to the owner of the establishment if he's going to tolerate it. Most won't and no your "human rights" weren't violated. Thinking you're something you're clearly not doesn't make it so. Otherwise I'd identify as a millionaire.

Bradley Edward Manning, Bruce Jenner - The left immediately started referring to them as women and by their female names the second they announced they were identifying as women, before any real transitioning attempt was done. And then started to demonize everyone who wasn't also doing it.
Only in "progressive" America... So progressive that it's a moral injustice to refer to certain people by their actual legal names and actual sex.

So in the case of NYC, it's progressive to the extreme, you can't even ask for proof anymore, if they say it's so, it is. If my very visibly male self (male physique, male beard) showed up to NYC and entered the female bathroom, you wouldn't even be allowed to ask "WTF?".
Or I could just claim to be "non-binary" or "gender fluid" and then you're really screwed LOL, you have to let me use both.
