Translation: "Stop asking for evidence we don't have." They like to go on and on about all the evidence they could give us yet they either never actually give us any or give us the most laughably flimsy material possible. Lots of tripe about feelings backed by "what ifs" and scientific discoveries read so incredibly incorrectly that you're sometimes left wondering if the evidence and their conclusions regarding it are pages from two separate, completely unrelated items.

Atheists are those who have actualy read the bible, and cross referenced it to try to make sense of it - and we can see the universe as an organic whole that formed by natural processes. Normaly we will gladly consider any and all evidence that you present, and carefuly compare it against all the other evidence. This is because we have the Kumu baLachmacht (common sense) to actualy examine the univesr around us.
You can try to feed us your unsupported claims and cryptic threats ad nauseum, but the bottom line is that untill you have evidence for a god existing, we will not be impressed. Whether you accept it or not, we still do not serve Satan.
This atheist grew up in a country with a state church and had Christian/Religion lessons each week in school during all of my school years. I learned the Christmas Gospel by heart, and during my first three school years we sang a psalm at the beginning of each day and a short thank-you-hymn at the end of every day. That's how poor a clue I have about "God or the Bible".

Um, Carmen, you shouldn't be throwing around Jewish terms if you don't understand that the Jewish idea of Satan differs somewhat from the Christian one. You see, in Judaism Satan is a servant of God that makes life difficult and acts as prosecutor at the last judgement, not the enemy of God as he is in Christianity. In Judaism, if someone is a servant of Satan he is, indirectly, doing God's work. There's not much point in pretending to be a Messianic Jew - as we can see from your earlier quotes on FSTDT - if you don't know much about Judaism first.
As for atheists not having a clue about God or the Bible: a) an atheist is not the same as an ignoramus; b) as we see with you and so many others, there are a great many fundies who have little knowledge of the Bible or their own religion; and c) you might like to repeat that to one of my friends who's an atheist - she's a professor of religious philosophy.

Actually, I seem to remember that most surveys show that atheists know more about religion than anyone else.
I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that social conservatives in general, and fundies in particular, simply do not have the sophistication to understand the weaknesses in their positions that are so obvious to others.
Now, what do I mean by "sophistication?" I believe that "sophistication" is a combination of intelligence, education and experience that broadens our outlook and allows us to recognize the implications of things that we may not have been aware of previously.
Sophisticated people know what it means to have both "eureka" and "oh shit" moments and have usually had at least one thing they "knew" to be absolutely true proven wrong.
My father was raised by Southern Baptists. So he would know of god and bible. Hell properly read the bible is the most potent form for atheism. Isaac Asimov. And you say they serve satan. Which is hard to do when they don't even believe in him. Fundie Christians do a far better job of worshipping satan. They chase people from their religion which satan is supposedly trying to do, they often make god seem the bad guy while satan seems to be good guy by the crap they spew.
So apparently, atheists don't have a soul. WOW.

Nevertheless, I must go with the Hebrew and cite the corresponding Jewish beliefs about Satan (the Accuser) and follow them to their logical conclusion (which is obviously not what the religion teaches).
Jews believe Satan is an angel, basically Biblegod's prosecuting attorney who on the day of judgment presents a record of all the failures of the deceased person to live up to the Torah, i.e. makes accusations! Satan is a creation of Biblegod, near and dear to his heart. Thus, if atheists serve Satan, by Carmen's logic, we serve a messenger of Biblegod. Shouldn't she be happy about that?
What evidence is there for creation other than you guys squawking "it's self-evident!" It's not self-evident at all. If the universe was created it should make a hell of a lot more sense than it does. Why would a god make so many barren planets? Why use a sun to heat the Earth instead of just magicking a permanent heat and light source that doesn't fluctuate? Why create ecosystems that, when altered, destroy entire populations of living creatures?
