When I just saw the headline that Putin is ready to work with the United States, I was shocked. I just cannot see him cooperating with Obama.

During the time he was missing from public view, everyone was wondering where he was. However, he reappeared, and I have to say I was really happy to see him out and about again.

I saw a video the other day, and I was very surprised as I was watching it. The before and after Putin look very different to me. What do you see?
