[On LGBT legal challenges to California's Proposition 8]
These gay radical groups are rabid about this. What a testament to how they behave. They are the haters; they are the bigots; they are the liars. Shame on them. If the courts overturn this initiative, pandemonium will break out - and anarchy will rule the day. The gay agenda has believed in their rhetoric so much, they can't think or even see straight - no pun intended.

Well of course they are. How would you feel if your right to marry is taken away.
They are the haters; they are the bigots; they are the liars.
They are not the ones denying people their civil liberties.
What a testament to how they behave.
Considering your side is the one oppressing people, that's a rather ironic statement. Now go to hell already.
Be refused your civil rights for a while and see how passionate you become.
I feel Margaret Cho is needed here:
"They have no right to call themselves Christians, because they have no Christianity to them. They have no kindness, they have no compassion, they have no charity. I want Jesus to come back and say "That's not what I meant!"
"they can't think or even see straight-no pun intended."
Hahahahahahahahaha! Did you see what he did there? Because they're gay! They're not straight at all! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! And then he said no pun intended, despite the fact that it's pretty obvious he was trying to make a joke. Oh those gays! When will they learn?
Gay marriages (technically 'Civil Partnerships') have been legal in the UK since 2004.
Guess what?
The sky hasn't fallen, the world carries on much as it always has done. No anarchy, no pandemonium, in fact except for a couple of guys and their friends outside the local registry office I've not seen any change at all.
I deeply regret that you can't seem to see that the issue goes beyond your homophobia and beliefs in deities. This is a question on whether we are Americans living under the Constitution or we're some primitive society dictated to by tax exempt religions and cults.
The Constitution does not allow discrimination - the majority cannot prevent a minority from exercising the rights that the majority do. The US Supreme Court has already ruled and established a precedent on this when the prevention of interracial marriages was deemed unconstitutional.
Prop 8 and similar propositions are unconstitutional because they promote discrimination against a minority.
Are we clear, moron?

The shitty pun makes no sense at all now. For the better, probably.
...no pun intended.

I love how one of their main arguments against Prop 8 was (is) tax problems and how we can't give the gays the same rights because "marriage has gone downhill and deteriorated in that Europe place" in some unspecified way, but then turn around and say that same sex couples have all the same rights in California.
Thing is, the lawsuit is valid because its main argument is that this proposition was invalid because it undermines a single group's rights, which is against one of the constitution's core fundaments, namely equality. The bill itself said in the description that it was removing the rights of gays to marry, so they do have a strong case.
I fucking hate these people. Denying other people the same rights straight people have make me sick to my stomach. I hope the California Supreme Court throws this stupid proposition out. They've done it before, they can do it again. This has nothing to do with what the majority wants - because the word "majority" is a dead giveaway to the result, no matter how close it gets - but everything to do with basic human rights. Since people refuse to get rid of the right to marry (under government law) we must NOT deny it to anyone just because he or she looks or acts different.
Now that the obvious fight against racism is over, let the more subtle fight against homophobia begin.
/end rant
