*Fed. Gov. Must Recognize gay "marriage"*
et me guess, this nutjob judge was either appointed by a Democrat or he is a Democrat. It just makes me want to out when these left-leaning liberal lunatics quote the Constitution only when it suits them and seemingly supports their radical agenda, but they just disregard otherwise. This judge needs to be FIRED!

Nope.
Appointed by Nixon.

Nixon was a Democrat? Who knew?
It just makes me want to out
English, motherfucker, do you speak it?
when these left-leaning liberal lunatics quote the Constitution only when it suits them and seemingly supports their radical agenda, but they just disregard otherwise.
Mirror, mirror, on the wall, you are the shiniest one of all.

So where does the Constitution support your position on banning same-sex marriage?
Oh, that's right. It doesn't. So STFU.
"et me guess, this nutjob judge was either appointed by a Democrat or he is a Democrat."
Nope. He's a Republican appointed by Nixon, a Republican President! :3

And are we to suppose you fundies never do the same?
Mirror, mirror, on the wall....
Well, let's put the obvious research failure to the side and look at what he's saying:
"It just makes me want to out when these left-leaning liberal lunatics quote the Constitution only when it suits them and seemingly supports their radical agenda, but they just disregard otherwise."
And I LIKED that Irony Meter.
The United States Constitution*
* Not for teh ghey, lesbians or anyone else Raptards don't consider worthy.
Actually, there is nothing in the constitution about marriage.
If anything, the case could easily be made that "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" justify same-sex marriage.

Conservatards can't even quote the Constitution outside of the second amendment (which they never quote in full), and the first amendment which only applies to them and their speach and no one else.
This knucklehead has zero ground to stand on about people selectively quoting the Constitution.

I find it interesting that almost all of the court decisions that have the social neanderthals up in arms lately have been made by Republican voting judges appointed by Republican presidents.
Of course, that may have something to do with the fact that only four of the last eleven four-year terms have been Democratic administrations, and Republicans have done a great job of blocking their judicial nominations.
I guess that just goes to show that no matter how many conservative judges you pack the courts with, these issues are fundamental to the Constitution, and you fuckers are WRONG.
"et me guess, this nutjob judge was either appointed by a Democrat or he is a Democrat."
Well, yes, republic judges oppose traditional American values. They quote the Constitution only when it suits them and seemingly supports their radical agenda, but they just disregard otherwise. Activist judges need to be FIRED!
You silly conservatives never cease to entertain us with your lunacy, rantings, ravings, sexual perversions, and home-spun ignorance. Thanks for all the lulz.
And you, Summer, owe me one new irony meter. And I want a good one, not some shitty piece of junk made in some overseas factory staffed by slave labor. You know, not made by a company that used to make all it's products in America until republican greed took over.

"left-leaning liberal lunatics"
That's not bad alliteration for a fundie!
Don't worry, we'll probably catch SummerSailing81 in the airport returning from sailing the Aegean with his rent boy. Be sure to have cameras ready.
"It just makes me want to out"
If you want to out yourself, just do it, then. We're a very supportive bunch of people, you know. Many of us are LGBT, after all.
Wait, you are referencing the Constitution, a document that tries to make all citizens equal under the law in your call to fire a judge for trying to make it so that all citizens could be equal? All I can say to that is, "malfunction, the stupidity, it has overwhelmed all filters"
It just makes me want to out when these left-leaning liberal lunatics quote the Constitution only when it suits them and seemingly supports their radical agenda, but they just disregard otherwise.
You mean like when Christians claim that this is a Christian nation, and there's no separation of church & state?
@Stormwarden
"Irony of ironies, he was a Republican appointed by Nixon. I bet that is quite the burn they felt at that. They need the address to the aloe farm."
Just as John E. Jones III was personally appointed to the Federal bench by their God Emperor of Fucking Up, Geoerge Dumbya Bush - who in turn was elected by fundies. Judge Jones found for the plaintiffs in KItzmiller vs. Dover, thus teaching Creationism becoming illegal & unconstitutional. Thus the Religious Right ultimately destroyed their own educational agenda.
You'd have thought by now that fundies would've learned their lesson by now. But such is the shortsightedness of those totally blinded by faith. Keep it up, everyone of the Religious Right, you only serve to perpetuate the eternal P.R. traincrash that is right-wing Fundamental ist Christianity.
PROTIP: Roe vs. Wade was decided upon (and thus the precedent set) in 1973. Who was president at the time? Richard Nixon. Why didn't he do anything to prevent this coming into law - or every other Repubican administration since then? Think about it, Ruptured Retards, since then, up to 2008, they've had ample time to repeal it. Therefore the Repubicans are as pro-abortion as the 'liberals' are.
Ergo your 'Pro-Life' cause - and therefore your anti-gay bigotry - is completely pointless, fundies. QED.
@Anon-e-moose five years later.
And in more John E. Jones III news he recently made a rulling in favor of Same Sex Marrage. That's the thing when someone actually does their job right. Their own personal opinions and biases need to be set aside, especially if they are a supreme court judge. He might be a conservative Christian but he does his job right.
The only down side is other republicans call him a RINO.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
