Well, all they have to do is wait until next election time, and do their democratic duty, and vote them out, if they're considered undesirable.
...unless of course, said politicians' policies were to the liking of said electorate, thus they're returned to those positions again for another term (and so on & so forth). That's the way the democracy biscuit crumbles, I'm afraid.
Those protesters in Wisconsin are - as you admitted - anti-democracy, thus if they go further than mere peaceful protests, then they should expect a taste of this:

After all the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines have - when they were first recruited into such - sworn an oath to defend the Constitution (the basis of your country) and the United States which it represents from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
If you're anti-democracy, then by definition that's being Un-American. (I'm British, but I fully support the US Constitution, and what it represents: Freedom.).
