As a result of the financial shenanigans a few years ago, due to the wise, prudent and frugal spending of the public purse by your God Emperor of Fucking Up, George Dumbya Bush, the stable and (for the first time) balanced economy - with a trade surplus - he'd previously inherited from Clinton, was reduced to Great Depression levels. To the extent that, the US had to borrow $1.5-2 billion a day, just to keep said economy afloat. Who did Dumbya borrow from - and who bought up your debts? Say hello to your new landlord, Kris:

China holds $1.5 trillion in foreign currency reserves. That's US dollars, not the equivalent in Euros, Yen etc.
So I guess that your 'God' now favours the Peoples Republic of China. Which has it's own space programme. Who pwned everyone else, re their 2008 Beijing Olympics ($23 billion). Which has a new F-22-esque plane (the J-20). Which has, to date, the most powerful supercomputer on the planet. Which has a massive industrial base. They have their own nukes. I for one welcome our new Chinese overlords. Better start learning Mandarin. And Atheism, Kris & all your ilk.
