1. Organs are DONATED for FREE
Doctors and the donors don't see a "dime" of the money involved in organ donation compared to the lovely vultures who form the middle men ANYWAYS.
1. No country with public health care has death panels.
2. Organs are DONATED (and there wouldn't be a shortage if more people would just take 10 seconds out of their lives to sign the back of their license to say "yep, take what you need when I go so that another person can have a longer life").
3. China isn't socialist. At all. In fact, it's closer to true capitalism than the US is, hence the organ market.
Oh, you mean a huge money making business like the abortion industry is supposed to be?
And who says that organ transplants aren't already a huge money making business? I know I can't afford one, not that I need one thankfully.

Just to be safe, I suggest you get a knife and a shovel, remove your kidneys and liver, and hide them in a hole in your back yard.
Where does all this talk about deathpanels come from? And why are they socialistic? Selling organs is more capitalistic, isn't it?
I'm a blood and organ donor (in Sweden) and I've never met or heard of anyone who has been the victim of some panel that decided who lives or dies. And trust me, it WOULD make it to the news (or atleast the blogs).
Can someone just remove this guys organs so we don't have to listen to or read his bullshit?
I've been employed by the death panel (not an actual member, just a worker), and this guy's name suggests he actually knows a little about the system. You see, the death panel is actually a council of wolves. The candidates state their cases in front of the panel, and cases are normally rejected only if the panel is hungry, or if the person does something to really piss off the panel. I always dreaded rejections because of the clean up. I could tell for what reason a person was rejected based on what I had to clean up. If he was annoying, there was a body waiting for me, otherwise it would be poop.
