Again, If someone goes through life and dies without ever having heard anything about the gospel, it is because they rejected the notion of the one true God. God promised that if someone desires more information( for lack of a better word) about Him He WILL provide it. Like BHiles stated look at Romans 1:19-20 this is general revelation. No one will be able to stand before God at the Great White Throne Judgement and claim they had no clue about God because He reveals Himself through His creation. As I stated earlier it is what A person decides to do with general revelation that will ultimately determine their fate.
Here is scenerio 1--- 1)God reveals Himself to a person through nature
2)This person says " wow, someone or something must have created all this, I sure wish I could get to know Him"
3)God sends a missionary to teach them more
This is not open to debate because this is what God promises to do.
Here is scenerio 2--- 1)God reveals Himself to a person through nature
2)This person rejects the notion of God
3)God will not bother to send more light because they already rejected Him.
This hypothetical person WILL go to Gehenna based on their rejection of God. If someone doesn't like this, please don't shoot the messenger. Take it up with God.

Let's turn off our intelligence for a second and assume that nature, the universe, and all that is indeed evidence that there is/was a creator. This assumption in no way validates the conclusion that this creator is a personality that interacts with or even cares about humans, much less that it's the god described in any version of the christian bible. Ergo, SJC72 does not know what the gehenna he's talking about.
Nice, condemning to hell to all the guys who lived in the other side of the world, in isolated places, before the colonisation of that place by Europeans. It´s just that "they rejected God"
What God Said by Uninvited
I talked to God and god said "Hey!
I've got a lot of things to say
write it down this very day
and spread the word in every way."
I talked to God and here's the deal:
He said to floss between each meal
Drive with both hands on the wheel
and on the first date don't cop a feel
Chorus
I talked to God and God said...nothing special
I talked to God and God said...nothing special
I talked to God and God said nothing
that we shouldn't already know
shouldn't already know
I talked to God and here's what he said:
"wear a helmet on your head
when you ride a bike instead
or you'll crash and end up dead."
I asked God for the Holy Word
ageless wisdom never heard
He just said to feed the birds
love your pets, clean up their turds
Chorus
I talked to God and God said "John,
I let them kill my only son
and my creation's so undone
that I can't help out everyone
But if you're looking for advice
you don't need to ask me twice
start with the basics: just be nice
and see if that makes things all right."
No, because there's no god or hell.
Gehenna/Gehinnom = Valley of Hinnom. It was a valley that probably used to be a landfill. It's not a stretch to say that the Israelites didn't give "bad" people a proper burial and threw them there to saying that it's a place of eternal punishment. It doesn't exist. You fail, go away.
"This is not open to debate"
Oh, but I think it is, SJ. God has an awful track record keeping promises, including when he said he would return within the lifespan of his audience. He is a few millenia late.
Also, what about people that have some sort of physical or mental inability that prevents them from seeing or understanding the world? Are they doomed to hell anyway?
God has never revealed himself to me in any way, shape, or form. That much is certain.
Showing me the glory of the universe and saying "See!" is the same as showing me the Bible and saying the same.
Neither is a proof of a god.
There are logical explanations a-plenty for the universe and everything in it, with more being discovered daily.
The longer I live, the more of your simplistic holy book I see proven false.
Never mind the chauvinistic aspect of your argument. Plenty of other races, American Natives for one, accepted the existence of a creator. He just wasn't the same as yours. You believe they're in Hell simply because they didn't believe in your Jesus? They'd never even heard of him you moron!
The god of the Bible is a real asshole.
A toxic old fool. A jealous, bloodthirsty imbecile, who can take his invisible Gehenna and wedge it up his invisible ass.
Of all the deities in the world at that time [sigh], Jesus had to be stapled to the greasiest turd of a god ever squeezed out of the festering brain of a fleabitten syphlitic myth-monger.
Is it right, friends, to call the brainwashees, the unwitting victims, "losers"?
Here's another scenArio:
An intelligent child assimilates the wisdom of life, nature, and everything quite early and easily. This child understands much more than the blase grownups around him give him credit for; no grownup is capable of constructive relevance to the child's development; the child quite naturally accesses the Nagual's voice, which tells him what's what.
The child's epiphany is the realization that the biblical religion is truly a barrier between the child and the great Spirit; that no living mortal has any spiritual jurisdiction over another; that "the kingdom of Heaven is within you."
Almost 50 years later, those words were discovered by the [now antique] child -- in the gospel of Thomas.
And some half-wit slobberer bleats about an idiot god's divine punishment...
Whatever.
So in 40,000 years, not a single Australian Aboriginal had the faintest interest in learning more about God, and then when one did, God sent some Europeans to ... steal their land?
Yeah, that makes truckloads of sense.
So, my decades of searching and churching and god didn't show itself, why?
I was actively looking and found nothing. How the hell is some island girl who has never heard of your brand of religion going to get to biblegod heaven?
And if I have issues, I should take it up with the god that isn't there? Riiight.
Here is scenario 3:
1) Young person learns about the universe; It is over 99% hydrogen. Heavier elements are produced when hydrogen fuses.
2) Young person learns about biological evolution: Single celled organisms for the first 3.5 billion years on Earth eventually cooperate multicellularly and evolve into us and other modern species.
3) Young person realizes how the universe works: simple elements are added together cumulatively to create today's chemical and biological complexity.
4) Young person thinks its strange when someone is so-damn-sure that the universe was created by some*one* more complex and more intelligent than us, who has no origin, and no measurable existence.
It's amazing isn't it? I mean, they think that atheism is like saying, "Sorry God, but no thanks" as opposed to "There is no God so there's nobody to take anything up with". IDIOTS.
Here is scenerio 2--- 1)God reveals Himself to a person through nature
2)This person rejects the notion of God
3)God will not bother to send more light because they already rejected Him.
God gives up rather easily.
Confused?
