Dr. Kent Hovind is now persecuted because he is repeatedly winning debates against evolutionists.
Name one? In fact name just a single arguement by Hovind that can be proven correct under the exacting standards of science.
Many of those lost his debates gathered on one purpose to get rid of Dr. Hovind.
Give me a break. Hovind dug his own hole and now he has to lie in it. To claim otherwise is nothing more than willful ignorance to the facts of the matter.
They filed law suits that have nothing to do with his debates in order to get him out of the scene.
Hovind isn't "out of the scene" because of civil litigation, he's in jail as a result of his own criminal behavior. He failed to pay his taxes even after multiple attempts were made to settle the matter outside of a courtroom, he willingly and knowingly skirted federal transaction reporting guidelines and in doing so made his wife an accomplice, he failed to withold required FICA, social security, unemployment, and income taxes from his employee's and in doing so opened them up to unforeseen financial repercussions such as audits, penalties for unpaid back taxes, and damage to their credit score. All because Hovind didn't want to "Render unto Ceaser".

There was no conspiracy. Hovind isn't in jail because of some scientific conspiracy to silence him, he's in jail because he broke the law, pure and simple. There wasn't any evil cabal of scientists intercepting his tax payments or forcing him or his wife to make near daily withdrawls just shy of the reporting threshold. You aren't exposing a conspiracy, you're trying to make excuses for criminal activity.

You don't even know what you are going on about, do you? You're just another idiot who thinks that hurling accusations and assertions at an ill defined group of people will somehow make the aforementioned accusations and assertions true.

Bullshit. I could prove him wrong on every single point and I'm not even a scientist. If you honestly think no one can prove Hovind wrong then you are making arbitrary decisions on what is or is not true based only on whether it agrees or refutes what you want to believe. It's intellectual dishonesty of the highest order.
Even in what he clearly state as his theories are as acceptable as the evolutionary equivilant, if not more.
So in other words you believe that Hovind is right because he says he is? Thats not the way science works. Hovind doesn't just get to say X, Y, and Z are true because I say so, that's not how science works. Science says X, Y, and Z may be true and here's the evidence that supports that conclusion. At that point the peer review process begins as other scientists in that and related fields attempt to either confirm or refute the idea. But that's not how Hovind and his ilk operate, they decry attempts to confirm or refute as a conspiracy to marginalize or silence them.
All this just prooves his correctness.
No, it doesn't. Dissent or disagreement does not constitute proof for any theory. Hovind has not put forth any evidence to back up his claims, he hasn't shown what if any experiments he used to reach his conclusions and any attempt to have him do so is claimed to be proof that he is persecuted by an "evolutionist" conspiracy because he is right. That's not science and if Hovind and his band of sycophants expect to be taken seriously by the scientific community then they should start doing science instead of making unprovable assertions and then crying persecution when someone asks them to prove it
