"why is feticide legal?... why should a perfectly healthy woman undergoing a perfectly healthy pregnancy be allowed to option of killing her perfectly healthy fetal son or daughter?"
Because the law says the individual woman (with the sole right to decide what she does with her body) can. Y'know, something called Roe vs. Wade. In 1973. When God-fearing Repubican Richard Nixon was in office. Who had the wherewithall (especially with the political & moral backing of the GOP) to campaign to repeal the law that came as a result of this precedent being set - or even to set in motion the political-legal wheels in motion to overturn this decision). Yet, since then, subsequent Repubican administrations haven't exactly gone out of their way to repeal said law (even though, like I say, they had the political and moral wherewithall to push for said law's repealment). So just ask yourself this simple question, Propaganda:
Why haven't they?
And I'm suuuuure it has nothing to do with the fact that abortion being legal has been the biggest electoral asset they have at their disposal; that if it were repealed, thus abortion under any circumstances was banned, the Repubicans would never get elected again (they'd certainly lose the female vote, that's for sure).
Amirite? Oh, and one more thing that completely invalidates your 'opinion' (indeed, destroys even your right to have an opinion on the whole matter, if you're the 'God-fearing Christian' you claim to be): Romans 13:1-2.
Roe vs. Wade is the law. Question that law, you question God's will. And it could be said that even abortion is God's will, and all part of his great cosmic 'Plan', unfathomable to we mere mortals. Who are you to question his will?
