Who is a slut? Do you get to decide? And can a woman be a slut without the aid of some other party? Enquiring minds want to know.
If you live in a country with laws and judges and a court, then you as a private citizen don't get to define people. You have neither the authorization or the ability to distinguish "bad" people from your own evil thoughts.

For many women, a slut is defined as a woman who has had one more sex partner than they have. For instance, to a woman who has had sex with three different men, a slut is anyone who has had sex with four.
The only time I ever called anyone a slut was way back in the early 90s. There was a group of us and we called each other sluts and did it with pride. Why may you ask? Well, it's this thing called consent. We all gave consent to the others within our little group to do so. We also knew that it was all in fun. If anyone outside the group called us that or if we used that term to anyone outside our group, it was frowned upon within the group because no consent was given.
So CivNat88 are you a part of any group that gives you permission to use the term within that group?
A lot of people seem to think they have "slutdar". This is not at all reliable or accurate, mostly it's just delusion. Even reputations aren't all that reliable, as some people manage to keep a hidden side of themselves hidden, or be successfully smeared by malicious actors. Aside from the occasional people who live it openly and don't care who knows, there's no good way to distinguish a promiscuous person from a non-promiscuous person. (Merely bragging about it is not "living it openly". A lot of braggarts lie.)
Even if it were a worthy goal, and it's not, there's no non-arbitrary methods of "punishing sluts".
I cannot see how you combinate the contracted form of "Civ ilian Nat ionalism" and the "88."

I thought you whinge-cels would like the "sluts". After all, a slut is a woman who will sleep with anyone, a bitch is a woman who will sleep with anyone, except you.

You're aware that if you remove all women having sex on their own terms (which is probably what you and they mean with "slut", IQ88), there will be almost no women left, and you will have to prostitute yourself to men to get any sex, right?
